End-of-Service Benefits (Articles 84 & 85)

Half a month's salary for each of the first 5 years, and a full month's salary for each year after that. Resignation rules: less than 2 years = no benefit, 2-5 years = one-third, 5-10 years = two-thirds, over 10 years = full benefit.

Unfair Dismissal Compensation (Article 77)

Fixed-term contracts: salary for the remaining period. Open-ended: 15 days' salary per year of service. Minimum: 2 months' salary.
